Learning drums is all about progress, one groove at a time. Beatlii’s Guided Practice mode helps you build your skills step by step by breaking each song into smaller, focused loops. Whether you are learning your first beat or polishing fills, Guided Practice gives you the structure and feedback you need to improve faster.

What Is Guided Practice?
Guided Practice divides a song into manageable sections, usually the main grooves and fills. You will practice one short loop at a time until you have mastered it. Once you’ve mastered a loop, Beatlii automatically moves you to the next one so you can build up to the full song with confidence.
How It Works
1. Open Practice Mode
From the song screen, choose Practice Mode, then select Guided Practice at the top.
2. Set Your Tempo
Start at a comfortable pace. You can use Adaptive Tempo to let Beatlii gradually speed things up as you improve, or turn it off and set your own tempo manually.
3. Enable Auto Pause (Optional)
Turn on Auto Pause if you want the music to stop automatically when you miss a beat. This gives you time to review and try again without pressure.
4. Start Practicing
Press Start, and Beatlii will guide you through each section of the song, one groove or fill at a time. You will see real-time feedback on your timing accuracy and dynamic consistency at the top of the screen.
5. Progress Automatically
When you’ve mastered a loop, Beatlii automatically advances you to the next loop. Once all loops are completed, you can play the full song in Free Practice mode.
